A lot of people think that the present moment is an abstract thing and not interesting enough, so let's enter the journey of the present moment.
In our state of consciousness, the present moment is often overlooked. We habitually ignore the only most important thing in life, because life is made up entirely of the present.
Everything happens in the present, when you recall the past, it is in the present, when you look to the future, it is also in the present, the future will never come in the future, the future can only be reached through every present.
