In order to further standardize the running of schools, balance the allocation of educational resources, effectively maintain educational fairness, establish a good educational style, and promote the balanced development of education, according to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Municipal Education Bureau, on the morning of August 30, 2021, the new campus of Jiucun Primary School Education Group held a sunshine class activity for first-year students of the class of 2021.
The Sunshine Class was jointly participated and supervised by Zhu Wen of the Yushan District Education Bureau, Zhang Zhiling, Principal of the Group, Wu Mingang, Secretary of the New Campus, Guo Ji, Principal of the Newly Built Campus, First Grade Chinese Mathematics Teachers, and some parent representatives of randomly selected new students. The Sunshine Class adheres to the principle of "fairness, justice and openness", and under the supervision of all parties, in accordance with the "three-step lottery", the director of the Teaching Office of the Campus specifically operates the class classification process.
Step 1 Lottery: Determine the class taught by the class teacher. Four homeroom teachers randomly select class numbers to determine which class they teach. Step 2: Determine the class the math teacher teaches. The list of math teachers to be selected by random lottery by the homeroom teacher. Step 3 Lottery: Draw a list of students. According to the total number of students, the balanced proportion of men and women, and the on-site operation of Jiang Hong, director of the Information Office, all students are randomly arranged into four large groups to print out the list, and the parent representatives draw lots to determine the students of each class, resulting in the list of each class, and then posted at the door of the class.
This sunshine class activity gives every first-year freshman equal enrollment opportunity, avoids the phenomenon of shifting classes and selecting teachers, and allows students to enroll in "sunshine" and learn more "sunshine", thus promoting the healthy "sunshine" development of new students from the source.
