According to police reports, around 3 a.m. on the day of the incident, a robber was robbing at a convenience store called "Big Red" next to the Valero gas station in Little Rock.
At this time, a homeless man who did not know the situation of the scene was preparing to go to the neighborhood to buy some food, and he "mistakenly broke into" the convenience store. When he walked into the convenience store, he found a robber pointing a gun at an employee behind the counter, asking him to hand over all the cash in the cash register.
The tramp was stunned by the scene in front of him, and for a moment he felt in a dilemma. I thought I was doomed this time, but I didn't expect the robber to tell him kindly that the things in the store could be taken at will. The tramp was surprised by this inexplicable "kind hospitality", and then he quickly left the crime scene with a small derby cake in his hand.
Afterwards, the police received an alarm call and quickly rushed to the scene, only to find that the homeless man had just returned to the convenience store to pay for the cake.
It is reported that in addition to taking all the cash from the convenience store, the robber also took two packs of cigarettes and finally drove away from the crime scene.
The police report does not currently give any description of what the robbers looked like or the vehicles they fled.
