Not only Rong Gui, Shunde Shizhen Street has launched a final sprint to the transformation of village-level industrial parks that "should be demolished and demolished". It is understood that since the transformation of village-level industrial parks was established as the "number one project" in 2018, after more than three years of efforts, Shunde has fully launched 510 transformation projects, releasing 112,000 mu of development space, and nine transformation models have been promoted by the province. The pattern of transformation of village-level industrial parks has been determined, and the general trend has become one.
This year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the beginning of the 14th Five-Year Plan. On October 28, the 14th Congress of the Communist Party of China in Shunde District of Foshan City will be held, which is an important meeting at a new historical starting point for the comprehensive opening of the second centenary journey, which will summarize Shunde's work in the past five years and deploy the tasks for the next five years.
Looking back at the reform and opening up for more than 40 years, Shunde has always been brave to stand at the forefront of development. "Villages and villages are ignited, households smoke", the village-level industrial park has made great contributions to the development of Shunde, however, in the new era, the extensive development mode has become a shackle to the way forward, and the village-level industrial park has been transformed into a "roadblock" for high-quality development.

Since the transformation of the village-level industrial park for more than three years, the streets of ten towns in Shunde have been twisted into a rope, and with the determination that once they set out, they must arrive, and the whole district has mobilized and made all-out efforts to tackle the tough problems. On May 10, 2019, Shunde was praised by the General Office of the State Council for "good results in intensive land conservation and use, and less idle land", and was awarded a separate index in the land use plan of 2500 mu, becoming a model of "land saving China". In the "no man's land of reform" where there is no precedent to follow, Shunde dares to try, seek breakthroughs with reform, and dare to innovate in practice.

In 2020, Shunde withstood the pressure to regain the time delayed by the new crown pneumonia epidemic, completed the demolition and consolidation of 54,000 mu of land, exceeding the original task of 30,000 mu by 183%, and achieved decisive results. Among them, Longjiang, Beijiao, and Ronggui have successively achieved the annual transformation area of more than 10,000 mu, and the "10,000 mu galloping" has boosted morale and inspired people's hearts. Today, Shunde has vacated 112,000 acres of development space.
"Planting plane trees, attracting phoenixes", riding on the "East Wind" of village-level industrial park transformation, one high-quality project after another was introduced into Shunde, and local enterprises have increased capital and expanded production at the "doorstep". Shunde adheres to the "industrial reform" as the main transformation direction, continuous planning and construction of modern theme industrial parks, Bozhilin robots, Haitian South China Headquarters Base and other major projects have been settled, encouraging a large number of outstanding local enterprises to deeply cultivate Shunde, steady and far-reaching.

"One son falls, full of vitality", Shunde ranked first in the top 100 comprehensive strength districts in the country for eight consecutive years, won the top 100 high-quality development districts, and was awarded the "Top Ten Demonstration Counties and Cities of China's Comprehensive Well-off" for twelve times, accelerating the new journey towards high-quality development. How can Shunde, which holds the "trump card" of contiguous land, continue to move forward on the road of high-quality development?
