Synopsis:

The High Priest of the Gaulish village, Getafix, wanted to find a successor for himself and taught him the magic potion of the Gaulish village's key magic weapon against foreign invasion. Getafix takes the village's most heroic warriors, Astex and Oberix, on a quest throughout Gaul in search of a suitable heir. At the same time, the Sulphurs of the same division are in cahoots with the invaders after years of disappearance, secretly setting off a war for magical potions.

Story Background:

The story of the Gaulish hero is set 2,000 years ago. At that time, Caesar led a Roman legion around the Roman Empire to prepare to conquer the Gaulish countryside, and in 58 BC, Caesar led a large army across the Alps and launched a war to conquer Gaul. Gaul was a large area of land in the northern part of the Roman Republic, including present-day France, Belgium, northern Italy, and part of the Netherlands and Switzerland. The Gauls suffered heavy losses in this war. And the story begins with a small Village of Gaul that does not surrender. The village's high priest, Gaitafix, was able to create a magic potion that could be drunk by an infinite number of people. The Gallic heroes relied on magic potions, wisdom, and courage to accomplish one difficult task after another, foiling the plots of Caesar's legions and defending their villages. Astex is a warrior who guards the village, and Oberix has been working together to guard the village because he accidentally fell into the magic potion when he was young.
