1 What does grandma in the book remind you of?
Huang Wenyu: The grandmother in the book is like my grandmother.

2What are the heart-warming people and things in the school?
Li Weifeng: Mr. Mei Zihan said at the end of the "Principal": These principals and these things, I will remember them deadly. Remembering it, it becomes a warm story.
Zhu Dandan: When I was studying at Zhengzhou Normal College, once when I donated blood, our principal said that when I gave people roses, I had incense in my hands.

Li Weifeng: I have always felt that I am a very lucky guy, along the way, there are many people who have helped me, including every principal. Although their help to me varied, they all wanted me to be a good teacher. Mr. Mei talks about several principals in the book and takes good care of him. What I can read is the respect that the principals have for the readers, for the honest people, for the people who do things.
Yang Lanhua: Principal Ma of our school is the guide for young teachers, always treating every teacher kindly, and often telling us to love students well and educate students with our hearts.
Zhou Xiaolan: In early October 2016, I had surgery. Four principals of our school went to the hospital to see me. That night, when the hospital was quiet and my lover was preparing to lock the door of the ward, our Principal Cheng and his party came, and they were busy until late at night, and they still had to come and accompany me. When she walked out of the hospital room that night, it was nearly midnight. It hurt physically, but my heart was warm.
Zhang Jinping: A good school must become a platform for teacher development and provide more opportunities for teachers.
Li Weifeng: It is certainly a fortunate thing to meet a good principal. Even if we are not the principal, we must try to help those around us. I'm not the principal, but I'm now with a team of "White Teeth Learning Together". What I'm doing is what the principal is going to do. Give others more support and give yourself more growth.
Zhang Jinping: Because of the common study, everyone gets together, just like because of reading, everyone gets together at the Henan Teachers' Reading Club. I believe that what "White Fangs" do will blossom one day and blossom everywhere!

3 After reading this book, what do you most want to write?
Zhang Jinping: The titles of the articles in this book are two words full of fireworks, but the title of the book is "Green Light". If you learn from Mr. Mei Zihan's writing ideas and unique philosophies, what do you want to write most at the moment?
Li Weifeng: I think that Mr. Mei Zihan's use of fireworks and fireworks and the simplest two-word phrase to name each article is a process of turning words into life and life into words. For example, singing, walking, greeting cards, blowing, drinking, etc., and the title of the book uses "green light" as the title of the book.
Zhang Jinping: Fireworks is the breath of life, and the green light is not only poetic, but also bright.
Li Xiaoling: "Green" represents vitality, light, and gives people hope.
Li Weifeng: First of all, this is a kind of spiritual contrast - life can be simple, dusty, hopeless, and ashamed, but spiritually it can be free, radiant, independent, and shining. Second, there is the contrast in literary expression—life itself is the simplest narrator, yet those who live it need the most poetic words.
Zhang Jinping: Life can be a chicken feather; the spirit is always high and bright.

Li Weifeng: After reading this book, what I want to write most at the moment is "Thanks". As I wrote this passage, the two children were playing freely next to each other, and they knew that I was sharing, not to disturb me, and to chat quietly with everyone; as I wrote this text, my lover poured me a glass of water, even though she had been busy for a day; as I wrote this text, I knew what a bright night I had; when I wrote this text, I knew that you were all watching and probably smiling.
Zhang Jinping: The true disposition written by Teacher Li, with warmth, with gratitude, with fireworks, emits a green glow.
Zhou Xiaolan: Originally I was very tired and tired today, but when I walked into the Henan Teachers' Reading Club and heard Teacher Li's sharing with everyone, many warm pictures emerged in my mind, and this picture eliminated my tiredness of the day. Warm pictures, warm words, warm communication!
