Yushe is an old revolutionary area and is known as a model county for "sending troops, grain, cadres, and experience." During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation, in order to defend the country and expel the enemy, the sons and daughters of Yushe rose up to fight, composed a song of heroic praise, and interpreted a scene of fearless sacrifice. During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the Japanese Kou successively created more than 190 large and small tragedies such as the "Tutuo Village Massacre" and the "West Horse Massacre" in Yushe.

The total length of the two walls is 19.42 meters, implying that the year of the tragedy is 1942. Heqi Garden is designed with a water platform, a health trail, a forest trail, and a sunken square. The design purpose is to let visitors naturally feel the local red history, remember the historical scars while viewing the natural landscape, so that the visitor's body and mind have a commemorative experience, create a quiet, beautiful and harmonious open space, promote the integration of red traditional education, embedded in the invisible, to achieve the silent effect of moisturizing things.
The exhibition hall of the Fossil Museum "Scars of the Nation and the Memory of History" relies on the Red Revolution Exhibition Hall in the County Fossil Museum, with an exhibition area of 138 square meters, and the exhibition hall is mainly divided into two sections: the tragic massacre (the Tutu Massacre) and the main tragedy that occurred in Yushe during the War of Resistance.
