Today (June 18), Wuliangye (000858, SZ) held its 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders. At the meeting, Zou Tao, executive deputy general manager of Wuliangye, said when talking about the development of Wuliangye series wines, Wuliangye series wines are excellent products, and in the future, Wuliangye series wines will continue to adhere to the principle of "strengthening national strategic brands, expanding regional key brands, and doing excellent general distribution brands", and concentrate on creating four national large items of Wuliangchun, Wuliangol, Wuliang special qu and Jianzhuang.

"In the future, for the Wuliangye series of wines, we will tilt to self-operated, advantageous, medium and high-priced products and face market competition." Zou Tao said.

In the past few years, Wuliangye has continuously slimmed down on a series of wine brands. Previously, Zou Tao said on the investor interactive platform that at present, the company's series of wines has been reduced to 38 brands and 360 products, compared with 189 brands and 2269 products in 2018, a decrease of 80% and 84% respectively. According to the plan, in 2021, the revenue of Wuliangye series wine will exceed 10 billion yuan, and by the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan", the revenue of series wine will strive to exceed 20 billion yuan. For the above performance targets, Zou Tao said that it will be completed as scheduled.
