The Spring Festival is approaching, the pre-holiday special sampling inspection began to start, the time is tight, the task is heavy, they will complete the sampling task of 150 batches within 3 days, and the sampling information will be announced before the festival. On January 2, at 7 a.m., it was just dark and drizzling, the air was chilly, and most people were still asleep. There were few pedestrians on the street, but Luo Congrong, Luo Xinyue, Wang Jinyu, Li Lei, and the sampling personnel of the grass-roots institute of the Food and Drug Inspection and Testing Center of the Fushun County Market Supervision Bureau had driven 40 minutes to Banqiao Town, and the soldiers began a day of supervision and sampling work in two ways. From 6:00 to 8:00 in the morning, it is the busiest time for the boss, and it is also the best time to sample breakfast food, each breakfast shop is full of steaming buns, steamed buns, bird's nest silk, fritters, etc. The sampler must take into account the boss's business, but also take into account the sampling efficiency, because after this point, the breakfast shop has no samples to sample! When the sampling is smooth, from sampling, sealing, photography, using mobile terminals, perfecting sampling documents, payment, etc., a batch takes at least 30 minutes; if the sampling object refuses to sample, they also have to be bitter and reasonable, publicize the regulations, from 6 am to 8 o'clock sampling breakfast shop 6, sampling more than 10 batches of breakfast food.
At 8:30, the sampling staff immediately began to sample the food in the production and circulation links of Banqiao Town and the surrounding Liqiao Town and Fushan Town, involving condiments, liquor production enterprises, various small workshops; the circulation links involved supermarkets, small grocery stores, farmers' markets, etc. The samples involved more than 20 categories such as condiments, liquor, rice, noodles, oil, candy, beverages, pastries, meat products, soy products, special dietary foods, infant formula milk powder, health food, bottled water, edible agricultural products, etc. In order to ensure full coverage of all food, regional full coverage, and full coverage of links, they go from one enterprise to another enterprise, from one township to another township, from one product to another product, carefully selected, and strive not to let go of any unqualified product.
At noon, after a simple lunch, they went back to the afternoon sampling.
At 14 o'clock, the sampling staff dragged the tired body to a small workshop of a baking brine shop, and the boss saw the sampling staff and scolded, closed the door and banned the entry..... It turned out that this was the second spot check on the store, which had been administratively punished a few months ago for over-adding nitrite. In order not to directly conflict with the sampled subjects, they disseminated the policy, contacted the community leaders, coordinated through all parties, and completed the sampling half an hour later.
At 17:00, it was almost time to leave work, but the large and medium-sized restaurants in the county town that were open at night still had to be sampled, and they drove back to the county town from more than 20 kilometers of townships, sampling 15 batches of hot pot base, rice noodle oil, vermicelli noodles, vegetable products and tableware from hot pot restaurants, Chinese restaurants, bean flower restaurants, etc., until 20:30.
The sampling work is not as easy as imagined, they have to repeatedly quickly check, from past reports, from public opinion reports to screen and lock suspicious products, so as to improve targeting. From 2018 to 2020, Fushun County Food and Drug Inspection and Testing Center organized sampling of more than 7,000 batches of food, 560 batches of unqualified food, more than 6,000 batches of rapid inspection, and more than 300 batches of positive food. In the repeated research and judgment, to find out the risk points and hidden danger points of the product, in the past 3 years, through their "fire eye golden eye", timely elimination of rice, vegetable products, grain processing products, vermicelli, bean sprouts and other products in the unqualified products, for the county people's food safety fence built a safety wall; they repeatedly publicized food safety laws and regulations, so that businesses are in awe of food safety.
Food safety is greater than the sky, food sampling is an important part of food safety supervision and technical support, to check hidden dangers, prevent risks, and ensure safety plays an irreplaceable role. The sampling staff of the Food and Drug Inspection and Testing Center of the Fushun County Market Supervision Bureau in Zigong City is such a group of young people who are conscientious and diligent in their research, and they have been working as a day for several years, silently undertaking the sampling and rapid inspection of the county's food production, circulation and catering links, so that the people can eat at ease and rest assured.
