In order to popularize the knowledge of modern scientific farming, improve the quality of villagers and the degree of rural civilization, Zhangying Street in Yuncheng County has continuously increased the capital investment in the construction of "rural bookstores", and at the same time, it has adopted "rewards instead of punishments" to support rural bookstores, and build and encourage all sectors of society to donate funds for the construction of "rural bookstores" through various forms and channels. Since the summer vacation, all rural bookstores in the county have been opened to left-behind children free of charge, which has been welcomed and praised by the majority of villagers.
