Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Shangqiu public security organs have produced revolutionary martyrs Yu Xuegao, Wang Shifa, and Shen Qinrui; Shi Zuoshan, a first-class heroic model; Tong Lihua, Gao Guoqiang, Liu Hanzhong, Jia Chaoyang, Shan Dengjun, and Zhang Hui; and many heroic models such as Wu Yuanhang, Shi Hong, Li Zijun, Wei Hailing, Guo Weiren, Liang Bing, Liu Xin, Liu Xia, Liu Zhi, Wang Tao, Jiao Chuanwen, and Chen Xiangwei who died in the line of duty. Today is Martyrs' Day, let us jointly remember them who sacrificed their lives for the cause of Shangqiu public security.
Yu Xuegao
He was formerly the deputy chief of the Political Security Section of the Shangqiu District Public Security Department. In August 1957, Yu Xuegao died heroically during the rescue and disaster relief in Zhecheng County.
Wang Shifa
Before his death, he was a detective of the criminal police team of the Shangqiu City Public Security Bureau, and the side tricycle he was driving on the way to the countryside to handle the case was overturned by a large truck and unfortunately died.
Shen Qinrui
A native of Zhaocheng County, a 96th-grade student of the Department of Public Security of Henan Public Security College, he was shot and killed in the process of hunting down gangsters while interning at the Jinshui Branch of the Zhengzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau in May 1999.
Shi Zuoshan
Before his death, he was a police officer at the detention center of the Zhaocheng County Public Security Bureau, suffering from bone cancer until the day before he was hospitalized and amputated, he still dragged a sick leg with amazing perseverance, endured great pain and worked selflessly in his post.
Tong Lihua
Before his death, he was the deputy director of the Forestry Police Station of the Minquan County Public Security Bureau. On August 28, 1997, Tong Lihua died on the strike line due to a sudden cerebral hemorrhage.
Gao Guoqiang
Before his death, he was the deputy captain of the National Security Brigade of the Ningling County Public Security Bureau. On November 10, 2004, Gao Guoqiang finally died of overwork and suddenly worsening his condition at the age of 35.
Liu Hanzhong
Former director of the Shangqiu City Detention Center. In the past 23 years since he participated in the work, Comrade Liu Hanzhong has been awarded the titles of Model Communist Party Member and Advanced Worker 34 times, "Provincial Excellent People's Police" twice, and Third Class Personal Meritorious Service twice.
Jia Chaoyang
He was an instructor of the Public Security Brigade of the Yongcheng City Public Security Bureau before his death, and in the early morning of April 2, 2012, he died of a sudden heart attack due to overwork and ineffective rescue, at the age of 40.

On June 3, 2012, Shan Dengjun died of a sudden illness due to overwork and ineffective rescue.
Zhang Hui
Before his death, he was an instructor at the Mangshan Police Station of the Yongcheng City Public Security Bureau, and Zhang Hui died on March 7, 2014, at the age of 37 due to long-term overwork.
Wu Yuanhang
Formerly the captain of a large team directly under the criminal investigation detachment of the Shangqiu City Public Security Bureau, Wu Yuanhang died of a sudden illness on October 4, 2014, when he was on duty, due to ineffective rescue, at the age of 34.
Shi Hong
On March 18, 2015, Shi Hong suddenly fell ill during his duty and died in the line of duty after rescue was ineffective.
Li Zijun
On January 16, 2016, Li Zijun was involved in a car accident in the process of serving the police in the Songji section of National Highway 105, and after rescue was ineffective, he died in the line of duty at the age of 38.
Wei Hailing
Before her death, she was a police officer at the Shangqiu City Detention Center and engaged in public security supervision for 26 years, Wei Hailing always set strict demands on herself according to the standards of an excellent Communist Party member, and she still stuck to her post until the moment before she fell ill, and died in the line of duty on February 13, 2017.
Guo Weiren
On October 31, 2017, Guo Weiren was hospitalized for sudden cerebral hemorrhage due to overwork, and although he was rescued with all his might, on November 10, Guo Weiren left us, and his life was forever fixed at the age of 39.
Liang Bing
On December 29, 2017, Liang Bing received a sudden illness in beijing, and his medical treatment was ineffective and he died in the line of duty.
Liu Xin
On February 4, 2018, Liu Xin died in the line of duty due to a sudden physical illness and died in the line of duty during a business trip in Zhengzhou.
Liu Xia
Before her death, she was a police officer of the Yangji Police Station of the Yucheng County Public Security Bureau, and she worked diligently and diligently in her post, and faithfully performed the sacred duty of a public security policeman with practical actions. On May 31, 2018, Liu Xia died on the spot in a traffic accident on the way to work, unfortunately died in the line of duty, at the age of 42.
