According to foreign media reports, a few days ago, the movie "Batman" added a new villain role. Actor John Teturro (Transformers: The Last Knight) will play Camine Falcone (Roman) in the new DC film directed by Matt Reeves.
On Friday, local time, Reeves confirmed the news on Twitter - "I said... John Teturro (will join)".
It is understood that Cameon Falcone first appeared in Batman: The First Year by Frank Miller and David Mazurche in 1987, and in 1996, he appeared in Batman: The Long Halloween, co-authored by Jeff Loeb and Tim Searle.
In the comics, Falcone is a powerful mafia leader in Gotham City who was saved as a child by Bruce Wayne's father. Falcone tells Bruce Wayne that he owes him a lifetime debt, but the villain who opposes Batman does not know that Bruce is Batman.
Now, the new Batman is certain that Tetoro will play the role, which means that the story of "The Long Halloween" will be brought to the screen.
