On August 31, 2021, the 36th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eighth People's Congress of Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province, decided to appoint Li Pengfei and Lü Ming as vice mayors of Liaoyuan Municipal People's Government; accepted Kang Zhonggui's request to resign as vice mayor of Liaoyuan Municipal People's Government. Li Pengfei's resume
Li Pengfei, male, born in May 1974, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, on-the-job university degree, master degree in law.
He successively served as deputy county magistrate of Dongfeng County, secretary of the Liaoyuan Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, director of the Forestry Bureau of Liaoyuan City, deputy secretary and mayor of Longshan District Committee of Liaoyuan City, and secretary of Longshan District Committee of Liaoyuan City.
He is currently the vice mayor of Liaoyuan Municipal People's Government.
Lu Ming's resume
Lü Ming, male, born in May 1965, Han ethnicity, Jilin Pear Tree people, CPC member, joined the work in July 1985, bachelor degree.
He has successively served as the deputy director, director, director of the office of the bureau, deputy director, director and secretary of the party group of the training center of the Liaoyuan Municipal Bureau of Statistics;
