A few days ago, with the approval of the Linwei District CPC Committee of Weinan City, the Discipline Inspection Commission of Linwei District of Weinan City conducted a case review and investigation into Li Yahong, former member of the Adjudication Committee of the Linwei District People's Court of Weinan City, for serious violations of discipline and law.

After investigation, Li Yahong violated political discipline, was disloyal and dishonest to the party, was inconsistent in appearance, and violated yin and yang; violated the spirit and honesty of the eight provisions of the central authorities, accepted banquets from the parties to the case, accepted gift money, gifts, shopping cards, and local specialties, and so on; violated the discipline of the masses and withheld the case funds of the parties involved in the case without permission; violated work discipline, and privately met with the parties, agents, and trustees of the case in violation of the law; and violated state laws and regulations, and was suspected of embezzling public funds, accepting bribes, and introducing bribes.

As a leading cadre with party membership and a people's judge, Li Yahong has lost his ideals and convictions, betrayed his original mission, has no bottom line, and has violated the law in enforcing the law; he has taken a chance and failed to truthfully explain to the organization during the period of education and rectification of the political and legal contingent that he has violated discipline and the law; he is willing to be hunted and hunted to seek benefits for illegal businessmen; he accepts property and goods, and does not restrain or accept his hands after the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party; the circumstances are serious and of a bad nature, and should be dealt with severely.
