Usually, the ground floor of the residential building in the residential area will be used as a public supporting non-motorized parking garage to meet the parking and charging needs of the residents of the building. If the public facilities become private spaces, it will not only cause inconvenience to residents' parking, but also bring safety hazards. Recently, the Minle Community Neighborhood Committee of Jiading Industrial Zone and various functional departments jointly rectified 18 corridors and 36 non-motorized garages, and cleaned up nearly 60 tons of debris.
Minle Road Lane 100 community has 19 residential buildings, 732 households, the community was built in the mid-1990s, due to historical problems, some owners occupied the ground floor indoor garage, and gradually turned it into a "private warehouse", piled with waste paper shells, old sofas, pots and pans and other debris, some residents also privately installed iron doors, raised pets.
Before remediation
The community neighborhood committee decided to thoroughly rectify this chaos. "The neighborhood committee issued the "Notice to Residents" three times in late August, mid-September and early October, and it was necessary to ensure that each resident knew and signed the receipt, and at the same time cleaned up the space occupied by the garage on the ground floor." Fan Fang, general secretary of the party branch of Minle Community, introduced that the neighborhood committee also joined hands with the Minle Road 100 Lane Community Industry Committee, Yecheng Property and Industrial Zone Asset Company, Joint Logistics Center, Yecheng Police Station, Chengguan Squadron and other functional units to set up a rectification action group to carry out special rectification, and a total of nearly 60 tons of debris were cleared.
After remediation
After the staff cleaned up the debris one by one, the cleaning staff cleaned the garage synchronously. Next, all functional units will continue to increase the management of the garage on the ground floor of the residential building, establish a long-term management mechanism, and put an end to the chaos of the garage pile.
