It is not worth it to lose what is real for the sake of the false exterior.

Therefore, civilization and culture should be said together, civilization is a result, it is an achievement we have made; but culture is a gradual process, it is the proper meaning of human beings, and it is the essence of human beings.
From this we can get the idea that we must do things in accordance with human nature.
As long as we don't violate human nature, it will be easier to do anything, because we will know and change according to human nature. This is called universal change.
If it goes against human nature, doing anything will encounter great resistance.
