In the production workshop of Dongwushan Tofu Skin Factory, the teacher Fu used a thin bamboo skewer to gently fish out the iron pot boiling viscous soybean milk, and a very thin tofu skin was fished out of the iron pot and hung on a bamboo pole to dry.
It turned out that this rotten skin making technique, especially the "three-mouth wind" skill, began in the Tang Dynasty and was passed down from generation to generation.
