
1) Cut the tofu into small pieces about 0.8cm thick
2) Cut the tofu in oil to a golden brown on both sides
3) Peel and cut the loofah into small pieces
4) Ginger garlic and shallots
5) Sauté ginger shallots and garlic until fragrant
6) Stir-fry the loofah and add some boiling water to simmer
7) Bring the loofah to a soft boil and add the tofu
8) Season the juice and add green onion to the pot (put salt before frying the loofah, so that the loofah does not turn black)
