This is Liu Xiaoshun's Institute of Travel and Life.

Recently, I came to Xi'an for a New Year's Eve tour and lived in the most representative Muslim street in Downtown Xi'an. I believe that when it comes to Xi'an Muslim Street, many tourists will think of the most lively street behind the Drum Tower, but in fact, Xi'an Muslim Street is not just a street, but includes a whole block around it, which also has many alleys that tourists do not know.
New Year's Day morning, I came out of the homestay, want to try xi'an's most distinctive breakfast "meatball paste spicy soup", did not expect that just downstairs in the homestay, there is a meatball pepper spicy soup shop, I took a closer look, the original is still a long-established brand, there are many people queuing in front, presumably it should be very authentic, so I want to try it.
This long-established paste spicy soup shop hidden in the alleys of Xi'an Muslim people is called "old-fashioned Jiajia meatballs hu spicy soup", although the recent weather in Xi'an is very cold, and it is still a holiday morning, there are still many people queuing, and it looks like locals, almost no tourists, which means that this shop should still be very popular with locals.
At the door of their shop, there is a big pot of steaming "meat wow paste spicy soup", as a special food in the northern region, it is indeed worthy of the name, a look is particularly solid, the ingredients inside are very rich, there are meat and vegetarian, the price I feel is also quite cost-effective, small bowl 7 yuan, large bowl 8 yuan, in addition to steamed bread is 1 dollar a steamed bun.
For me as a Southerner, a small bowl of "meatball paste spicy soup" was enough, because I saw that almost everyone else had added steamed buns, so I also learned them to add a bun. It is said that in Xi'an, you must eat "meatball paste spicy soup" to be authentic, if you eat "meat slice paste spicy soup", it is actually not very authentic.
I feel that Xi'an people are simply a good hand at breaking steamed buns, they can break each piece of steamed buns thinly, and break them very easily and casually, I see a lot of people are queuing up while breaking steamed buns, and when the queue is almost queued, their steamed buns will be almost broken, and I admire them.
Look at myself again, break for half a day, feel very difficult, and break out of the block is particularly large, forget it, for me such a southern tourist, OK to eat. However, to be honest, Xi'an's "meatball paste spicy soup" tastes quite good, that is, eating such a heavy taste early in the morning, can you really eat rice at noon?
So, have you ever traveled to Xi'an? What is your impression of Xi'an? Do you know that in the alleys of Xi'an Muslim Street, there is still such a "long-established Jia family meatball paste spicy soup"? What do you think of their "meatball paste spicy soup"? If you have the opportunity to come to Xi'an again in the future, do you still want to eat and see? Welcome to leave a comment!
