Civilian heroes! Films about Valdi and Leicester are in the pipeline

author:Tiger soccer

Despite Jamie Vardy and Leicester City being squeezed out of the Champions League in the final round of the Premier League, investors have pledged to make a film about them.

On the final day of the second consecutive season, Leicester City missed the chance to play in the Champions League.

After a 4-2 home defeat to Tottenham, Vardy and his team-mates finished in fifth place after being in the top four for 242 consecutive days this season.

But after the final whistle sounded, the team marched with fans at The King Power Stadium to celebrate the FA Cup victory.

Adrian Butchart, a British producer and writer in Los Angeles, has agreed to work with Gareth-Ellis Unwin and Simon Egan, producers of the Oscar-winning film The King's Speech, and their company Bedlam Productions to make a film about Leicester and Vardy. Paul Tamasy and Eric Johnson, also Oscar-nominated screenwriters of "Gladiator," will also be involved in the screenwriting.

After writing the screenplay for the first two films in the One-Goal Fame trilogy, Butchart wanted to make another football movie. He has already met with Vardy.

One-Shot Fame grossed more than £23 million worldwide, with big-name stars such as Zidane and David Beckham making cameo appearances in the film.

Butchart has confirmed that zach Efron or Robert Pattinson will play Vardy, but one-way band member Louis Tomlinson is also considering it.
