Subsequently, Han Ling conspired with Situ Dinghong, Sikong Renkui, and others to help Emperor Han and Emperor Get rid of Dou Xian and overthrow Dou's foreign clique.

After Dou Xian's downfall, Han Ling worked day and night to investigate his treason charges, and did not rest for several months, did not take a bath, and did not know whether he usually liked to take a bath.
