Since then, the developer has also repeatedly asked the property personnel to simply block, but the problem of water leakage has not been completely solved.
In addition to water seepage, the ceiling of the underground garage of the East Lake Huating Community is also covered with mold, relative to the ground, the ventilation of the underground garage is not good, and everyone is worried that the mold will have a certain impact on the health.

The reporter learned that the developer of the East Lake Huating Community is Jiangsu Wozhou Real Estate Company, in response to the underground water leakage in the community, ground sinkholes and other issues, the developer in charge admitted that there are certain quality problems in the construction, and said that it will be responsible for it to the end.
The water seepage treatment scheme needs to be demonstrated

Under the witness of the reporter, the Hai'an Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau organized the representatives of developers, construction units, design units, as well as waterproof experts and structural experts, to jointly discuss the treatment plan, and everyone preliminarily judged that the water leakage in the underground garage of the community was caused by the damage to the waterstop belt at the connecting port, which would not affect the safety of the main structure of the house.

In basements with different burial depths, the connection between the two basements may have uneven settlement, resulting in damage to the waterstop belt between the two connections.
At present, the developer has initially come up with a water leakage maintenance plan, but it still needs expert demonstration before it can be implemented.

This is definitely to solve the problem thoroughly, so for this plan, the expert group, including our various participating units, attaches great importance to this plan and must be treated from the source.
"We also require them to ask for professional personnel to come up with targeted measures and not to deal with things sloppily." Xia Yongqin said.
As for the occurrence of many potholes on the ground, the housing department believes that this is mainly due to the workers rushing to the construction schedule, the quality awareness is not strong, and the backfill soil is not dense enough, and it will not affect the safety of the main structure. The developer has promised to deal with simple problems such as ground potholes and landscaping before the end of October this year.
