Xuancheng, known as "Xuanzhou" and "Wanling" in ancient times, is an important historical and cultural city in southern Anhui. Wanling Lake is located south of Shuiyangjiang Avenue in Xuancheng City and north of Binhu Road. Ten years ago, it was originally a fishing farm breeding base connected by many ponds in the south of Xuancheng City, where the Shuiyang River and the Huayang River meet.

Wanling Lake plays the role of "urban green lung" in Xuancheng, and its abundant water resources create a hotbed for many creatures to flourish. Wild ducks, wild geese and many other water birds inhabit here, and the lake is full of fish and shrimp, and the water and grass are abundant, which is full of vitality.

When I visited southern Anhui last year, I had the privilege of coming to the shores of Wanling Lake.
