On October 1, Tan Hualin Humanistic Town, located in the middle section of Tan Hua Lin Road, was unveiled, which is the first key cultural tourism project built and opened in Wuchang Ancient City.
Tan Hualin Humanistic Town includes 9 excellent historical buildings such as Xu Yuanquan Villa and Xia Douyin Mansion, 9 general historical buildings such as the former site of Yixun Girls' School and the former site of Truth Middle School, as well as 40 general reserved buildings, and a city wall museum is currently under construction.
Since 2018, Tan Hualin Humanistic Town has begun to prepare for the construction of eight major themes such as "Tan Hua Memory", "Tan Hua Taste" and "Tan Hua Living Room", focusing on the layout and construction of eight major cultural categories such as the City Wall Museum, the Art Exchange Center, and the Intangible Cultural Heritage Experience Hall.
After the completion of the renovation, the century-old buildings such as Xu Yuanquan Villa and Xia Douyin Mansion, which have attracted much attention, are now open to tourists as Tan Mansion, Dongtang Humanistic Tavern, Qi Art Museum, and Tan Hua Theater.
