In the national poetry circle, I belong to the people who have seen the "big scene", a few years ago, due to some chances with the art of calligraphy and painting, I resolutely joined the ranks of art criticism, and did not think, a random calligraphy review set off a huge wave in the book world, and triggered the "first case in the book world in 2021".
As a party to this case of historical significance in the book world, I certainly did not say a thousand words. There are two reasons for this, one is to see the chaos in the book world and do not want to say; the other is that it is inconvenient to say when the lawsuit is in progress. But I feel it is now necessary to pluck out the multicolored longitude and vines behind some of the cases.
To discuss the premise that Chang'an Ju put a "curse" hat on his article, it is necessary to clarify the ins and outs of the matter and the logical relationship in some processes. Of course, I will not be like some "big students" and "small students" who have long loved to flaunt and disseminate logical principles in the WeChat circle, and use the "public knowledge" image of the book world to sell themselves, in fact, these self-proclaimed book world "public knowledge" is ignorant. Xiaoye gossiped recently in the article "Golden Peptide Frequency, Chang'an Ju, and the Chairman of the Anhui Provincial Book Association", there is a very smooth reason: "Chang'an Ju criticizes Wu Xue, which is the right of Chang'an Ju; Jin Peptide Frequently praises Wu Xue, which is the freedom of Jin Peptide Frequency." A large number of articles I wrote for Chairman Wu Xue in Chang'anJu, "Ploughing on Paper, Smoke Clouds Coming into Ink", are "humorous texts", the premise of which is that this matter is in the process of judicial cases. Chang'anju's criticism of Wu Xue's calligraphy works has nothing to do with the commentaries I praised, this is just a poet's improvisation, but it is interpreted by Chang'anju as i came to shoot the chairman of the Provincial Book Association, which is a completely deliberate misinterpretation and smear. He does not know that I am a person with a higher aesthetic level than him, not to mention the chairman of a provincial book association, that is, the word of the chairman of the China Book Association, I will not collect it. Chang'anju often posts some contemporary book "famous" calligraphy and painting collections in WeChat articles, not my crazy words, these people's words, white to give me do not want. Therefore, Chang'an Ju lived in his own heart and lived in the belly of others, and he was dumbfounded. When Chang'an Ju learned that he had been sued by me, he knew in his heart that this lawsuit would undoubtedly be lost. How to get out of the disadvantages? Framed!

Before Ma Xiao appeared, Chang Anju knew that only by defiling my articles about Wu Xue as "humorous texts" could he gain the greatest righteous solidarity in the calligraphy criticism circles, because he knew that China's "official-based" culture was deeply rooted since ancient times, and ordinary people were most jealous of those who sneaked around and flattered. In today's book world, this phenomenon of hating officials and hating is still a dominant stream of consciousness among low-level calligraphers. Therefore, in his opinion, as long as a large number of my articles are written as insults, I can win the support of public opinion in the book world, and I look forward to winning the lawsuit.
Ma Xiao, a good person, took the lead in playing a new trick on this road on the eve of the imminent trial of the Chang'anju reputation infringement case. He found that I wrote Wu Xue's calligraphy reviews, using more four-character idioms or new combinations of words, he had to spend half an hour, picked out 158, and found that there was no repetition, so Ma Xiao was like discovering a new continent, and made an official announcement in the WeChat circle of friends. Subsequently, he wrote a special article "From a "calligraphy review" to the wind of "praise" in the book world", which was on the "surging news", which spread rapidly throughout the country and then fermented. Recently, Xi He (real name Wang Haijun) in "The First Case of Calligraphy Criticism Triggered by Language" believes that Chang'anju's swearing language is not prominent in the context of the original text, and now when reading the "Judgment", he feels the glare of these insults, but he thinks that Chang'anju's insults are "quietly amplified 'language damage'" on the "Judgment". Finally, I couldn't help it, I left a message: "I didn't want to leave footprints, I was clear about you and Chang'anju, but now I know better about the group." In the two sensible articles, some of the arguments are preferable, but some of the arguments are more immature and biased. You see the 'scolding text' of the verdict because it is out of context, so why can't you see that Ma Xiao extracted 158 words from my article and got out of context? Why don't you come out and write an article to refute Ma Xiao with the same point of view? "When Ma Xiao picked out 158 four-word praise words, arranged neatly, and gathered into a text, what can I say? As a writer, I don't know the relationship between words and context, but you can do whatever you like, and the reader loves to think, think as much as you want, anyway, I am too lazy to pay attention. After the verdict was released, Xi He, a "critic" known as "Doctor of Literature and Postdoctoral Fellow in Art", was stimulated by his small heart and wrote three consecutive articles for Chang'anju: "The First Case of Calligraphy Criticism Triggered by Language", "Jin Wu barefoot, white and slightly flawed, and needs to be cautious because of words", "Between Value and Non-Value - Three Talks about the Zhu Bai Case". Such a "curse", do not know chang'an residence is good to be embarrassed? Looking at his title of "postdoc", I deliberately left a message: "From this article, it can be seen that the eyes of 'postdoc' grow behind Chang'anju's head", Xihe immediately replied: "What you said is also suspected of personal attack, right?" You are a great writer, and you say that the changju language is uncivilized, is your language civilized? Readers take a look at how Xihe came to "praise", to "flatter", and to "please" Chang'anju in this message. I left this message, deliberately using a sentence that seems to be scolding to test the "postdoc" to see how he reacts? When he wrote an article to weaken and beautify the insulting language of Chang'anju that had been confirmed by the law as illegal, he could not accept a sentence that seemed to be scolding, and he knew all the hypocrisy of his views. This "postdoc" actually kicked himself out of the group, wrote a retaliatory article, and now I have added his WeChat to the article to say again, how small the pattern, how low the vision, how strange the article views, no need for the author to say more. I left a message, in fact, there is a philosophical meaning, but the "postdoc" does not know, if you go to the "back" word, just "doctor", you may understand it.

However, specially picking out a few words in other people's articles, extracting the context, and compiling them into chapters, misleading the reader with ulterior motives, I believe that Ma Xiao's articles and works cannot stand me "returning his human body in his own way". The point is that Ma Xiao's seemingly extremely "righteous" article is a big article at the end! Liu Xizai of the Qing Dynasty said in the "Outline of Art and Literature": "Literature is born of love, and there is no ruthless but literary person." It is precisely because Ma Xiao's "affection" for Chang'anju is in place that he wrote this big "strange article" that alarmed the national book world, expressed solidarity with Chang'anju, and denounced The Golden Peptide Frequency. Chang Anju has repeatedly declared triumphantly in WeChat articles that Ma Xiao's critical article has great influence.

In order to curry favor with Ma Xiao, Chang'an ju wrote a bragging interview article "Activating Calligraphy with Criticism" on November 30, 2019, which can be seen throughout the bone. Now that chang'an ju was "killed", he was sued by others, And Ma Xiao immediately came forward to write an article to express his solidarity, and the whole article was speaking for the defendant Chang'an Ju's side. Here, I will cite only one example of Ma Xiao. In fact, which of the dozens of articles by Zeng Xiang, Shao Yan, Yu Yaoren, Yan Shougu, Si Shunwei, Wang Jinyu, and others who expressed solidarity with Chang'anju was not a text dedicated to Chang'anju' feet? Of course, these texts will also accompany Chang'anju into the history of contemporary calligraphy criticism, but this "historical record" is the Chinese judgment document network, in the future, as long as people click to search for the four words of "reputation infringement", the authors, titles and self-media names of these texts are displayed on the Chinese judgment documents network as a precedent.
Therefore, chang'anju began to be accused, and put a "dirty hat" on his article, really wanting to win the "morality" of the people in the book world and create his own "illusion of justice". In the book world, many people cannot distinguish between "morality", "justice" and "criticism", "breaking the law" and other concepts. If a person can't even understand these basic "concepts", how can he talk about the basis of special talk? If you don't understand "morality" and "justice", you can read more history, and Wei Zheng, the Ming Dynasty of the Tang Dynasty, said: "With copper as a mirror, you can wear a crown; with history as a mirror, you can know the rise and fall; with people as a mirror, you can see the gains and losses." If you are confused about the concept of "criticism", you can consult authoritative experts and scholars. If you don't understand the concept of "breaking the law", you can teach judges and lawyers not to be wrapped up in the hypocritical "concept" played by some people, and be taken by people with rhythm, and you don't know it yet.
The topic of "slander" is by no means solvable by this short article. Because looking at China today, except for a very small number of critical articles, and it is becoming more and more difficult to see, all articles can be said to be "vinaya", words that are wrapped in illusions and appearances, words that are far away from the actual functions of society, and words that only express personal emotions, which are essentially "vindications". Either to lead, or to politics, or to industry, or to authority, or to readers, or to money. The last one, Chang'anju, is a typical example. The 141 original "calligraphy criticisms" he has written so far have won 5836 tips alone, and with the average bounty set, he can obtain amazing benefits from 443536. Can you say that Chang'anju's "calligraphy criticism" is not a curse in the face of money? It can be said that Chang'anju is the largest producer of criticism in the contemporary book world.
After Chang'anju was prosecuted, he deliberately constructed such a vain "slander" hat, the purpose of which was only to divert the reader's attention and gain the support and sympathy of the fans of the "rice circle". Chang Anju is a person who is proficient in the "attention economy", and the use of the word "谀文" shifts the reader's attention to his articles, and also shifts the focus of litigation, and at the same time shifts to solidarity with him. People who have played with the concept of "writing" have actually blinded the eyes of too many people in the middle and lower classes of the book world. Yesterday, borrowing the WeChat group of the "Chinese Literary And Cultural Context Calligraphy and Painting Masters Club", I have deliberately indicated that there are few people in the book world today who can see through the essence of these "calligraphy criticisms" in Chang'anju, and even fewer people who can see through the author's thoughts. In the more than 20 personal works I have published, and among the articles published in hundreds of newspapers and periodicals, none of them have been ridiculed as "slanderous texts", and only this one written by Chairman Wu Xue has been crowned by Chang'an Ju as a "humorous text", but in fact has its own intentions and hearts, and has nothing to do with the article itself. I praise Wu Xue's article for using more words than the right criticism, but in a way that is illegally written, it will only turn itself into a joke. In view of the fact that Chang'an ju is the largest author of the writing in the book world today, I hereby return the big hat of "谀文" to him, and return it to all those who call my article "Ploughing on Paper Strange, Smoke Clouds Into Ink" as "谀文"!
