Speaking of culture, the rice culture of Yuanwu Town is not only rich in material wealth, but also spiritual wealth. In Donghejiao Village, the Yellow River Rice Culture Museum, which was just completed last year, records the history of the local introduction of yellow rice reform. This museum, which was spent by farmer entrepreneur Zhao Jianhua for 5 years and invested more than 3 million yuan, is an exploration of the farming civilization in the Central Plains and a reproduction of the past and present lives of rice culture. All of this done by Zhao Jianhua is to better tell the story of the Yellow River and carry forward the Yellow River culture.

Around the Linglong Pagoda and the City God Temple, two state security units, we will build a cultural tourism and commercial area; combined with the ice and snow water world that is now under construction, create a cultural industrial park; and combine rice culture to create a national-level rice industrial park. Strive to achieve a new type of urbanization on the basis of 5 to 10 years, some villagers become citizens, and some villages realize industrial prosperity, rural beauty, and peasant wealth.
