Huang Chun, male, Han ethnicity, born in July 1959, Changdejin City, correspondence undergraduate culture, began working in February 1974, joined the Communist Party of China in February 1980. He successively served as the director of the security department and deputy division level investigator of the Changde Municipal Public Security Bureau, the director of the Shimen County Public Security Bureau, the director of the Li County Public Security Bureau, the deputy county governor of the Anxiang County People's Government, and the director of the Anxiang County Public Security Bureau, and retired early in September 2015.
