Chen Ke, former principal of Yixing Experimental Primary School, was "double-opened" for serious violations of discipline and law

　A few days ago, with the approval of the Yixing Municipal CPC Committee, the Yixing Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision conducted a case review and investigation of Chen Ke, former general secretary of the party branch and former principal of Yixing Experimental Primary School, for serious violations of discipline and law.

　After investigation, Chen Ke violated political discipline by colluding with others to resist organizational review; violating the spirit of the eight provisions of the central authorities by accepting gift cards from management service recipients in violation of regulations; taking advantage of his position to illegally withdraw public funds from school canteen accounts for off-the-books expenditures, and taking some of the embezzled public funds for his own, a huge amount; taking advantage of his position to seek benefits for others in violation of the law in such areas as project contracting, student enrollment, and teacher work transfer, and accepting huge amounts of money and property.

　　As a member of the Communist Party of China, Chen Ke lost his ideals and convictions, had no party spirit and principles, seriously violated party discipline, and still did not restrain himself or accept his hands after the Eighteenth and Nineteenth National Congresses; abusing his power for personal gain constituted a violation of the law and was suspected of embezzlement and bribery. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Law of the People's Republic of China on The Law on The Punishment of Public Employees in Government Affairs," and other relevant provisions, after studying the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Municipal Supervision Commission, it was decided to give Chen Ke the punishment of expulsion from the party and dismissal from public office, and to confiscate his gains from violating discipline and the law; to transfer his suspected crimes to the judicial organs for handling according to law, and the property involved was transferred with the case.

　　Chen Ke, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1967, Yixing, Jiangsu, bachelor degree, began working in August 1986, joined the Communist Party of China in September 1993. He has successively served as a teacher of Yixing Experimental Primary School, the director of the Teaching Office of Yixing Second Experimental Primary School, the vice principal, and the principal of Jingxi Primary School in Yixing City. In August 2004, he was appointed as the principal of Chengbei Primary School in Yixing City, in August 2011 as the principal of Yangxian Primary School in Yixing City, in August 2014 as the principal of Yixing Experimental Primary School, in May 2019 as the principal of Yixing Experimental Primary School and the principal of Yixing Economic and Technological Development Zone Experimental Primary School.
