The contents of this book cover the objective scope of res judicata, the subject matter of litigation, the right of action, the clarification, the partial claim, the relationship between the competition and merger of litigation and the competition of claims, the mixed norms in the jurisdictional norms, some issues in Guiding Case No. 2, and the legal methodological issues most closely related to the Civil Procedure Law.
