According to a report by Hong Kong East Net, former Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Donald Tsang Yam-kuen, was released on 15 January. Tsang was convicted of misconduct by public officials in 2017 and sentenced to 20 months in prison, which was later commuted to 12 months, and was released from prison today (15th).
