　　According to the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision, the bureau organized a sampling inspection of meat products, soy products, dairy products, alcohol, grain processing products, condiments, confectionery products, tea and related products, edible agricultural products, beverages, catering food, pastries, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, fruit products, aquatic products, frozen drinks 16 types of food 1614 batches of samples. According to the national food safety standards and relevant national regulations, inspection and judgment, of which 1597 batches of qualified samples and 17 batches of unqualified samples involved celery, catfish, sea crabs, etc.

　　1. Red bean cake, dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (measured in terms of dehydroacetic acid) produced by Hengsen Food Factory in Ningjin County and operated by Detianli Store in Cui Village, Changping District, Beijing, do not meet the national standards for food safety. Shencheng milk brick (milk flavor) ice cream produced by Liaoning Shencheng Yijia Frozen Food Co., Ltd. and operated by Beijing Fresh Treasure Supermarket Co., Ltd., coliform bacteria do not meet the national standards for food safety. 　　7. Nominal Zhejiang Yipinshuang Food Co., Ltd. Shanxi Branch production, Beijing Jiapeng Flavor Industry Trade Co., Ltd. operated shrimp (prefabricated dried aquatic products), N-dimethylnitrosamine does not meet the national food safety standards. The sesame sesame oil that was entrusted by Beijing Yanglin Jiaye Economic and Trade Co., Ltd. to Hanshan County Yifeng Food Factory and operated by Beijing Century Youxian Trading Co., Ltd. was found to be inconsistent with the national food safety standards by the Beijing Food Safety Monitoring and Risk Assessment Center (Beijing Food Inspection Institute). Yifeng Food Factory in Hanshan County raised objections to the test results and applied for re-inspection; after re-inspection by the Comprehensive Testing Center of the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine Sciences, the preliminary inspection conclusions were maintained.

　　13. Mung bean sprouts and sulfites (measured in SO2) operated by Deng Quanzhou of Beijing Tegit Agricultural and Sideline Products Market Co., Ltd. do not meet the national standards. 　　16. Packaged drinking water (other drinking water) produced by Beijing Source of Life Beverage Factory and operated by Beijing Tiancheng Yongxin Trading Co., Ltd., Pseudomonas aeruginosa does not meet the national standards for food safety. The inspection institution is Beijing Municipal Institute of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection.

　　Third, for the unqualified food found in the food safety supervision and sampling inspection, the relevant food producers and traders have taken measures to control the risk in accordance with the law, and our bureau has asked the local market supervision department to investigate and deal with it according to law, and the local market supervision department involved in other provinces and cities has been notified.
