Qingdao is a beautiful coastal city with unique characteristics, a national historical and cultural city and a well-known scenic tourist attraction at home and abroad, and one of the most suitable areas for human habitation and development. Laoshan Mountain, known as "the first mountain on the sea", has the reputation of "the house of the gods" and "the second jungle in the world of Taoism". Laoshan Taoist tea culture has a deep accumulation, its unique geography, fertile land, high-quality water source cultivated Laoshan tea, color, fragrance, taste, shape are good, and Laoshan mineral water, Laoshan winter-resistant flowers and called "Laoshan three unique", well-known all over the world. The International Tea Culture Symposium and the Laoshan International Tea Culture Festival will surely effectively promote the development of tea tourism, tea industry and tea economy in Qingdao, Laoshan and even Shandong.
Tea is the national drink, originated in Shennong, smelled in Lu Zhougong, flourished in the Tang Dynasty, flourished in the Song Dynasty, and spread throughout China in the Ming and Qing dynasties. At the beginning of tea, although there is the skill of labor, but there is no embodiment of art, tea as a cultural phenomenon recorded in the annals of history to be passed on to future generations, is the result of the hard work of the tea people in the past dynasties and the study of the tea people, the tea ceremony, the tea ceremony, the tea sacrifice, the tea set created by our ancestors, the tea poems, the tea couplet, the tea riddle, the tea order, the tea painting, the tea book, is the concentrated embodiment of Chinese culture. In particular, Lu Yu's book "The Book of Tea" not only studies and summarizes the history and origin of tea in the Tang Dynasty and before the Tang Dynasty, the cultivation, harvesting, decoction, drinking and efficacy of tea, but also integrates the ideological character and moral sentiment of tea drinkers with the process of tea drinking, giving tea drinking a cultural connotation to the daily life custom, which greatly enhances the profound and unique Chinese tea culture, and also fully embodies the elegant beauty, light beauty, quiet beauty and creative beauty of tea culture.
At present, we must deeply study the development history of tea culture, the current situation and development trend of Chinese tea culture and world tea culture, and how tea culture promotes the development of the tea industry. The papers exchanged at this research meeting, from different angles, different aspects, different levels, profoundly expounded the important role of tea culture in promoting the construction of a harmonious society and promoting the progress of social civilization, and deeply discussed the historical origin, development process and manifestation of Chinese tea culture, which has a high level of academic research and will have a positive impact on the development process of tea culture. We would like to pay tribute to the authors of the papers!
