Chen Shuichao, male, Han nationality, born in December 1951, is a native of Huaidong Village, Gande Town, Anxi County. He has a bachelor's degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China. National first-class tea appraiser. Former deputy secretary of the Anxi County Committee of the Communist Party of China [2], former director of the Anxi County Tea Management Committee [3], and president of the Anxi Tieguanyin Research Institute. He has written nearly 20 papers such as "A Brief Discussion on the Origin of Anxi Tea", "Tea Customs" and "Research on Several Issues of Anxi Economic Development Strategy", and is the executive editor-in-chief of "Anxi Yearbook" and the author of "Anxi Tea History" and "Anxi Tea Grand View" (cooperation).
