Recently, at the event site of the seventh phase of the "Little Professional" series of activities, the "Jingxiang Community Camp" in Gaojing Town, Baoshan District, joined hands with the Second Brigade of the Traffic Police Detachment of the Baoshan Branch of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau to create a unique traffic safety education activity for the children. The children became "little traffic policemen" and experienced the importance of traffic safety. The traffic police brothers and sisters turned into patient mentors, using vivid language and image display to teach traffic safety knowledge to the children.
When the traffic police brothers and sisters walked in, the children were very excited when they saw it, clapping their hands and shouting, "It's the real traffic police!" That's cool! The traffic police sister stepped forward and led the "little traffic police" to make a few traffic gestures, and almost all the children listened attentively, staring at the traffic police sister with envy, and seriously imitating the movements.
Subsequently, the traffic police used the form of on-site questions to tell the knowledge about traffic safety in simple terms, especially the question of whether parents wear helmets when riding electric vehicles with children, and guide children to review and consolidate the safety matters when walking, crossing the road and riding in daily life. After a series of indoctrination of traffic safety knowledge, the traffic police and two children led other "little traffic police" to read the traffic safety nursery rhyme of "Small Details and Big Safety" together.
Finally, the traffic police took out a safety helmet and explained in detail to the children the internal structure of the helmet that meets the safety specifications and the necessity of wearing a helmet when riding a non-motorized vehicle. After that, he personally put on the helmets for the children and informed them of the correct way to wear the helmet.
