Gao Bo, deputy general manager of a biotechnology industrial park, introduced: "The company mainly focuses on pure grain brewing vinegar, soy sauce, beef bone marrow oil tea, apple juice drink, eight series of more than 160 single products, continuously strengthens R&D investment in the development process, increases its own intellectual property rights of the smoked embryo process, and strengthens the aging technology, on the basis of product quality improvement, pays attention to retaining the traditional brewing process, and has obtained 8 practical technology patents, and won the title of high-tech enterprise in 2020. In the brewing process, the laboratory standardizes the process parameters on the basis of retaining the traditional brewing process through the tracking and monitoring of each link, hoping to empower product innovation and tap new industrial momentum through scientific and technological means. The reporter learned that the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau has always taken food safety as the key work of scientific and technological innovation, given full play to the guiding role of strategic planning, incorporated food safety into the "14th Five-Year Plan for Scientific and Technological Innovation of Pingliang City", strengthened scientific and technological empowerment, paid attention to the source management of food safety, gave full play to the advantages of the city's agricultural city, and continuously strengthened the research on the breeding of new crop varieties, the protection of planting resources, the reduction and efficiency of pesticides, and continued to promote the research and development of key core technologies of food safety; Closely combined with the food safety industry chain involving Pingliang Red Bull, Jingning apples, facility vegetables, etc., the technical needs, project research, and achievement collection are carried out on a regular basis, and a number of major needs, projects and achievement reserves are formed; Scientifically lay out and build various innovation platforms related to food safety, and consolidate the foundation for R&D and innovation; 38 innovation platforms related to agriculture and food safety have been established.
