Family style is the moral character or spiritual outlook of a family, the values that all family members agree with and follow, and an important part of the social atmosphere. Judging from the cases of leading cadres violating discipline and law that have been investigated and dealt with, some leading cadres have neglected to discipline and indulge their spouses, children, and their spouses in inappropriate words and deeds, resulting in carbuncles and causing a negative impact in society. Some party members and leading cadres have a corrupt family style, and family members forget their righteousness and collude in the face of profit, which fuels the flames of family-style corruption; Some of them have been hit by the "soft underbelly" that "family affection cannot be violated," allowing those with bad intentions to open up gaps in family members, give up their principled stance under the persuasion of family affection, go further and further down the road of violating discipline and law, and finally become "prisoners under the ranks." Therefore, the family style of leading cadres is by no means a trivial personal matter or a private family matter, but a major matter that directly affects the party's style, political style, and people's style; if the family style collapses, it will not only harm the family but also directly damage the image of the party and the government.
The construction of family style is a compulsory course for party members and leading cadres.
