The congress should have 380 members and 369 members, more than two-thirds of the personnel, which conforms to the provisions of the CPPCC Charter.
Liu Lanfang, Ba Gengming, Xu Nianchun, Liu Xiaobin, Li Jinhua, Zhang Haifeng, Qiu Xiuhua, and Peng Rencai, executive chairmen of the presidium of the conference, sat in the front row of the rostrum. The meeting was chaired by Ba Gengming.
By a show of hands, the meeting adopted the election method for the first meeting of the Fifth Cppcc Ji'an Municipal Committee; and adopted the list of voters and supervisors of the election meeting of the first meeting of the Fifth Committee of the CPPCC Ji'an City. By secret ballot, the chairman, vice chairman, secretary general and 49 standing committee members of the new CPPCC were elected. Liu Lanfang was elected chairman of the Fifth Committee of the CPPCC Ji'an City, Ba Gengming, Xu Nianchun, Liu Xiaobin, Li Jinhua, Zhang Haifeng, Qiu Xiuhua, and Peng Rencai as vice chairmen, and Xiao Jixiong as secretary general.
After the election meeting of the first meeting of the Fifth Committee of the CPPCC Ji'an City on October 13, 2021, the chairman, vice chairman, secretary general and standing committee member of the Fifth Cppcc Ji'an City Committee of the CHINESE People's Political Consultative Conference were elected, and the list is as follows:
