The newly revised Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China, in line with the Accountability Regulations, add provisions on punishment for abuse of accountability or serious irresponsibility in accountability work, which will help unify strict management and supervision with encouragement of responsibility, promote the standardization and precision of accountability work, protect the enthusiasm of cadres and officials to start a business, and promote the creation of a positive, healthy, and entrepreneurial political ecology and good environment.
