The exercise mainly included emergency response to power supply and water conservancy "infrastructure" and emergency drills for the "rescue team". The content of the drill is that the Wangjiaba Gate Management Office responded to the national defense general instruction and urgently opened the gate for flood storage. Due to strong winds and lightning, the 35,000-volt substation failed, and the whole station lost power. The power personnel quickly investigated, started the emergency power generation vehicle, and the staff of the gate department skillfully controlled, and the 13-hole gate was opened on time. At the same time, the functional groups and relevant departments of the headquarters worked closely together to respond efficiently, and carried out activities such as communications, temporary power supply erection, and water emergency rescue drills.
