Wuping County Xiaolan Xixiangdian section treatment project started
Recently, the groundbreaking ceremony of the treatment project of the Xiangdian section of Xiaolanxi in Wuping County was held in Zhengwuba, Yaoshan Village, Xiangdian Town. Xiangdian town and village cadres, representatives of the masses and project representatives attended the ceremony.
Wuping County Xiaolan River Xiangdian section treatment project is our county national debt water conservancy project, located in the Tingjiang River tributary Xiaolan River Basin, involving Xiangdian Town Yaoshan, Sanhe, Qili Village, the project comprehensive treatment of the river length of 4 kilometers, the total length of the new flood control embankment is 736.5 meters, the new revetment is 2463.5 meters, the repair of water damage revetment 55 meters, the river dredging and obstacle removal of 4 kilometers, the total investment of the project is 12 million. At present, the river where the project is located has problems such as weak flood control facilities, low standards of embankment engineering, and imperfect comprehensive flood control and disaster reduction system, and the implementation of the project is imminent. To this end, the party committee, government and county water conservancy bureau of Xiangdian Town have made precise plans and actively sought support from relevant provincial and municipal departments.
In order to ensure the rapid progress and early completion of the project, the supervision party, the construction unit and the villages where the project is located shall strictly follow the requirements of the contract and construct with high standards and high quality. By effectively promoting the governance of small and medium-sized rivers, the project has effectively improved flood prevention and disaster reduction capabilities, and helped the revitalization of Xiangdian countryside.
