Announcement of Qualification Review

In accordance with the relevant regulations, the list of shortlisted professional testers and qualification review of the 2024 public recruitment staff of public institutions in Huaibei City is hereby announced as follows:

1. Qualification review object

According to the order of the candidates' written test scores from high to low, according to the number of recruitment positions, according to the ratio of 3:1 to determine the personnel participating in the professional test, the last one if there are several candidates with the same written test scores, together with the determination of the candidates to participate in the professional test. In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, the minimum control pass score line of the written test is 150 points for the total score of the written test of the two subjects (among them, the minimum control pass score line for candidates applying for professional positions in art and sports is relaxed to 130 points for the total score of the written test of the two subjects). The shortlisted candidates for the professional test shall be determined from the personnel who have reached the line with the minimum control score for the same position. Candidates with a score of less than 60 in one subject will be disqualified from entering the professional test. The minimum control pass score set is inclusive of policy bonus points. 2. Time and place of qualification review

The qualification review time is 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 14:30-17:30 p.m. on May 18, 2024 (Saturday).

The recruiting unit and the competent department shall conduct a qualification review of the qualification review personnel in accordance with the recruitment conditions and relevant materials. Those who do not meet the requirements of the qualification conditions or cannot provide certificates (certificates) as required, as well as those who give up automatically, will be disqualified from participating in the professional test. If there is a vacancy in the candidate, the candidate shall be filled in equal amounts within the specified time according to the written test score from high to low score in the same position.

3. Materials to be provided for qualification review

During the qualification review, the applicant shall provide the original and photocopy of his or her valid resident ID card, academic (degree) certificate, written examination admission ticket, relevant certificates and certificates required by the recruitment position regulations, and the registration qualification review form. Thereinto:

(1) Those who will graduate in 2024 but have not yet obtained their academic qualifications (degree) certificates at the time of qualification review can go through the qualification review with the written certificate issued by the school or the provincial or municipal education department and relevant certificate materials, and at the same time submit the personal "Graduation Certificate Major and Applied Position Profession Consistent Commitment" (Annex 2).

(2) Those who apply for the post of "service grassroots project" personnel shall provide the certificate (appraisal form) of the service grassroots level, and the retired soldier shall provide the original and copy of the enlistment notice (or a copy of the enlistment approval stub) and the retirement certificate.

Personnel of the "Service Grassroots Project" who will expire in 2024 shall provide certificates (appraisal forms) or relevant supporting materials.

(3) Those who have not applied for the position of "fresh graduates" within the employment selection period stipulated by the state must also provide the proof of the unit where their files and other relevant materials are located, or the relevant certification materials of the service grassroots project, or the relevant certification materials of retired soldiers, as well as the written commitment of the person who has not implemented the work unit during the career selection period.

(4) The regular staff of organs and institutions must also provide proof of the consent of the unit and the competent department to apply for the examination in accordance with the authority of cadre personnel management.

(5) If the recruitment position has requirements such as political outlook and work experience, the applicant shall also provide relevant supporting materials.

Candidates who have passed the examination should log in to the Huaibei Personnel Examination Online Registration System from 9:00 to 23:00 on May 19, 2024 to pay the professional test fee of 80 yuan.

The specific matters of the professional test and the printing time of the "Professional Test Notice" will be announced separately, and candidates are requested to pay attention to the Huaibei Human Resources and Social Security Bureau network, Huaibei Pioneer Network, and Huaibei Personnel Examination online registration system in a timely manner, and keep the mobile phone number provided during registration unblocked.

4. Precautions

Candidates who participate in the qualification review must hold relevant certificates and materials for on-site qualification review, and shall not entrust others to handle the qualification review on their behalf except for the special circumstances specified.
