Dear friends of Dongba! According to the news of the fourth branch of Beijing Metro: in order to ensure the smooth opening of Metro Line 12, the fourth branch of operation has recently tested the applicability of the new operation chart and the functional stability of each equipment system.
The operation safety management center took the initiative to dock, deeply involved in the commissioning of vehicle equipment and facilities, coordinated with rail companies, vehicle manufacturers and professional system builders, and jointly dispatched the command center to carry out multi-vehicle 3-minute interval tests on April 12, 24, 27 and May 8, with 272 participants in the center and a cumulative mileage of 2,012 kilometers.
The center formulates a commissioning guarantee plan, clarifies the commissioning command team, staffing and commissioning process points, and sets up 4 crew members and 1 class teacher to undertake driving, monitoring and recording responsibilities respectively in accordance with the "new and old collocation" method, and carries out tests up and down from Dongba West Station to Sijiqingqiao Station. (Does this also mean that Dongba North Station will not be opened at the same time as Metro Line 12)
At the same time, in order to strengthen the comprehensiveness of the test, each test adopts a hybrid mode of full automatic driving mode (FAM), train automatic driving mode (AM) and manual driving mode (CM) under automatic train protection, and fully collects various data in the commissioning process.
In accordance with the principle of "safety first", the center carries out special education and technical disclosure before commissioning, explains in detail the commissioning responsibilities, operating procedures, safety risks and joint insurance and mutual control requirements, strengthens safety awareness, and does a good job in train inspection and testing before the train, so as to ensure that there are problems, early treatment, hidden dangers, and early elimination to ensure the smooth progress of the commissioning work.
On the one hand, the center combs the problems found in each system, summarizes the problems and suggestions in five aspects, such as automatic functions, door platform doors, ATS moments, turnouts, and traction systems, and gives feedback and discusses the causes of failures with technical personnel of each system, and learns technical knowledge. On the other hand, improve the professional skill level of the crew, summarize the lessons and lessons learned in the actual operation process, form a commissioning report and carry out special training, and strengthen the run-in degree between personnel and vehicle equipment and facilities. At the same time, the center once again comprehensively sorted out 43 types of fully automatic operation scenarios, and optimized the professional operating procedures and emergency response plans of the crew.
In the next step, the operation safety management center will continue to verify the functions of each system in accordance with the practical operation and debugging of the main line, so as to lay a solid foundation for the full-featured and high-quality opening of Line 12.
