After the completion of the project, the defendant village committee settled with the plaintiff Zhang's son Zhang XX and issued an IOU, but the village committee has not paid the balance of the project so far.
During the trial, the presiding judge presided over the trial around the focus of the litigation dispute and fully listened to the opinions of both the plaintiff and the defendant. In view of the large dispute between the plaintiff and the defendant over the amount of the project payment and the mutual refusal of the two parties, in order to further ascertain the facts, after the adjournment, the presiding judge organized the plaintiff and the defendant to conduct an on-site investigation at the location involved in the case to have a detailed understanding of the details of the case.
