Bi Mo is an intellectual in the traditional concept of the Yi nationality, and at the same time the inheritor, protector and disseminator of the Yi folk culture, so he has a special position in the hearts of the masses. He was born in the Bimo family, is the fifth generation of Bimo cultural inheritor, he has been with his grandfather and father since he was a child to learn the traditional culture of the Yi people, at the age of 19 proficient in a large number of Yi literature and ancient books and Yi etiquette customs. In order to learn and understand the traditional culture of the Yi nationality in Shilin more comprehensively, he not only learned from his elders, but also often went to other villages to study, and successively studied with teachers such as Bi Fenglin (deceased, provincial inheritor) and Li Fazong. After more than 30 years of study, he is familiar with the ancient Yi language, familiar with the Yi classics and culture, the Yi traditional culture is profound, and has participated in the torch festival fire prayer ceremony many times, and often walks on the pulpit to exchange with other Bimo to learn and inherit the experience. When he participated in the training courses for the transmission of traditional ethnic culture held at the county level, he also served as an instructor for many times. In order to further do a good job in the inheritance of Yi culture, he also actively carried out the collection and sorting of Yi books, consciously inherited and spread the national culture, and took more than 10 apprentices. Due to his contributions to traditional culture, he was named the representative inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage of Shilin County in 2016 and the representative inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage of Kunming in 2021.

Lao digging village is a Yi, Han mixed village, Han nationality accounts for one-third of the population of the whole village, the Yi traditional festival, Han villagers do not participate, later in Ang Zhiguang's suggestion, the Han people also gradually participated, the Yi people also accept Han compatriots to participate in the Yi traditional festival prayer activities. Now, whether it is a traditional festival of the Han nationality or a traditional festival of the Yi nationality, the Yi and Han masses all participate together and share the joy of the festival. With the help of folk activities, he also actively disseminated policies and knowledge on fire safety and ecological protection to the masses in an easy-to-understand manner.

Like other villages, various conflicts and disputes occur from time to time. There is a family in Dalaodua Village, Shilin County, and in the family that Zhang Moumou married into, there is a father-in-law Jiang Moumou, and the father-in-law and mother-in-law have two daughters and a son. Zhang Moumou is the daughter-in-law of this son. Zhang's husband (i.e., son) died at the age of 39. Before Zhang Moumou got married, his father-in-law and mother-in-law gave each of their two daughters a piece of land. The rest of the land that could not be cultivated was left to the two daughters for temporary management. In 2001, after Zhang's father-in-law died, his daughter-in-law Zhang Moumou had to worry about everything in the family. After the funeral of his father-in-law, Zhang Moumou asked the two sisters for the land that his father-in-law and mother-in-law managed for their daughters at that time. After begging to come back, there was a little contradiction in my heart, for many years, these two sisters no longer took care of Zhang's mother-in-law, and when the mother-in-law was hospitalized and needed to move back from the hospital, Zhang Moumou took care of it personally, and the two sisters never paid attention to it. One of the sisters came to visit Aung Zhiguang's house, and Aung Zhiguang said: Please go and visit your mother, she is about to die. replied: If you go, you will be blocked by Zhang Moumou's door, worried that you will not be allowed to enter the door. In the traditional concept of the Yi people, if the children are not with the elderly when they die, the children will be talked about in the village in the future, and they will not be able to raise their heads and be people. So Ang Zhiguang agreed to go and intercede with Zhang Moumou and let his two daughters come to visit. At that point, the two daughters also went to take care of her for four days, and her mother-in-law died. The two daughters and Zhang Moumou, under the leadership of Ang Zhiguang, discussed the funeral for Zhang's mother-in-law. Through the mediation of Ang Zhiguang, the conflict between the brother and sister's family was effectively resolved.

In 2018, a family of four in Zhang, Laodua Village, Shilin County, only lived in a 60-square-meter house, because it belonged to the older generation, there were often water leaks and resurgence, and the conditions were difficult. Through the search, the old house of Bi in Lao Dig Village was sold. After hearing about it, Zhang Moumou went to inquire that if he wanted to buy a house, he needed 186,000 yuan, and due to economic tensions, there was difficulty in bargaining. Zhang Moumou invited Ang Zhiguang to be an intermediary to negotiate with Bi's family on price-related matters. Through bargaining, the two sides visited and communicated, and agreed to transfer the building area of 88 square meters and the ear room, including the vegetable field and toilet on the side of the highway, and the flue-cured tobacco room to Zhang Moumou at a price of 142,600 yuan. The two parties signed a house transfer agreement under the witness of the village committee, Aung Zhiguang and others. His coordination was based on the principles of fairness, justice and legality, so that the wishes of the two villagers could be satisfactorily achieved.

Over the years, he has mediated more than 20 conflicts and disputes in the village free of charge, including the support of children, the support of the elderly, husband and wife conflicts, neighborhood disputes, traffic accident conflicts, etc., and even the conflicts between the villagers' groups and the villagers due to their working methods will also come to him. No matter what kind of contradictions and disputes, as long as the parties find him, he will uphold the public will, persuade the good and persuade peace, so his coordination has won the approval of the masses, he has resolved the contradictions at the grassroots level, and truly achieved that small things do not leave the village, to a certain extent, to maintain social harmony and promote national unity. In 2022, Laodua Village's application for the pilot project of "Bimo Participating in Grassroots Social Governance" successfully passed the acceptance, and the work model of "People's Mediator + Comprehensive Governance Specialist + Legal Worker + Bimo" created by Laodua Village has become a reference model for other Yi villages.

Through the continuous guidance of party committees and governments at all levels, the village has more villagers and masses who are as enthusiastic as he is "meddling in affairs", and the old digging village gradually realizes the large and small affairs in the village and everyone discusses and participates together, such as the public welfare undertakings such as repairing the machine farming road in the village, and the people of the whole village participate in the work, and the machinery used is spontaneously supported, without any compensation costs, and now the identity boundary between the Yi and Han people in the old digging village has disappeared, and everyone is working together to promote the development of the old digging village in a better direction. Laodui Village is becoming a model of integration, co-governance and sharing of people of all ethnic groups in Shilin.

As the unit responsible for the protection of Shilin ethnic culture, the County Ethnic and Religious Affairs Bureau has been committed to the excavation, recording, protection, inheritance and revitalization of ethnic literature and ancient books and folk oral culture. He had actively carried out the collection and sorting of ancient books in his spare time, and always spared no effort to actively complete the work needs of the county Religious Affairs Bureau, and even enthusiastically organized other old Bimo who was proficient in ancient Yi books to support the work of the Ethnic and Religious Affairs Bureau. He has participated in the collection and collation of books such as "Shilin Yi Literature Classics Series" and "Shilin Yi Reader" edited and published by the County Religious Affairs Bureau. In 2021, the County Bureau of Ethnic and Religious Affairs will carry out the construction of the Stone Forest Ethnic Ancient Books Database Platform Project, in which the content section involves oral ethnic ancient books, which will be lost if they are not collected and sorted, so the County Ethnic and Religious Affairs Bureau will carry out rescue protection in the form of building a Stone Forest Ethnic Ancient Books Database Platform Project. During the construction of the project, he took the initiative to cooperate with the Institute of Ethnic Studies of the County Bureau of Ethnic and Religious Affairs to carry out the collection and sorting of ancient ethnic books. In order to collect and sort out the ancient books of the nation, all the farm work in the family was lost to the daughter-in-law, and the farm work could not be taken care of, the income was reduced, and the family was taken care of, and the daughter-in-law had complaints, so he communicated with the daughter-in-law many times, and finally got understanding and support. Up to now, he has completed the collation of more than 100 volumes and more than 100,000 words of ancient books, and has made efforts and contributions to the protection and inheritance of Shilin ethnic culture. He said: "I choose this career without regrets, people can't always be money in their eyes, we must inherit the cultural wealth left to us by our ancestors, and we must inherit it well!"
