On May 15, the launching ceremony of the low-value recyclables recycling service in Linxiao Road Street, Daxing District and the large-scale garbage centralized delivery day were successfully held in the small square in the north of the station. Xie Guodong, deputy secretary of the Linxiao Road Street Working Committee and director of the office of Daxing District, Wang Mingjie, deputy secretary of the Linxiao Road Street Working Committee, and other leaders attended the event, and nearly 100 people from the district competent units, relevant functional departments of Linxiao Road Street, communities, property companies, volunteers, and resident representatives participated in the event.
Beijing Youth Daily reporter learned that in the main venue activities, it was first announced that Jianxing Home and Station North Li became the first batch of pilot communities for low-value recyclables recycling services, and Linxiao Road Street took "green pawnshop" as the brand, actively practiced and explored the "Internet + resource recycling" model, and promoted the "collection of low-value recyclables", so as to reduce the accumulation of combustibles, eliminate community safety hazards and beautify the community environment.
During the event, Ba Haikun, director of the Linxiao Road Street Urban Management Office (Environmental Rectification), presented the flag to the Linxiao Road Street low-value recyclables recycling team, encouraging them to do their work carefully and practically to ensure the smooth development of low-value recyclables recycling. Ensure that the low-value recyclables collected by residents can be recycled at the market price for a fee, and regularly feedback certain material rewards to the households that insist on trading low-value recyclables. By the end of this year, this model will be rolled out in more communities in Linxiao Road Street, so that the utilization rate of recyclables in the whole district will be further improved.
Subsequently, the community representative read out the "Low-value Recyclables Recycling Proposal" to establish the awareness of low-value recyclables recycling, be a participant in the recycling of low-value recyclables, and be a propagandist of low-value recyclables recycling.
In order to improve the construction of the low-value recyclables system in Linxiao Road Street, Linxiao Road Street fully mobilized the volunteer team to join the system construction, and the Daxing District Enterprise Volunteer Service Association jointly exerted its organizational mobilization ability and set up a low-value recyclables volunteer propaganda team in various communities of Linxiao Road Street, among them, 152 volunteer families of the community volunteer service team in the north of the station, and 202 volunteer families of the Jianxing Home Community Volunteer Service Team of Linxiao Road Street, actively participated in community garbage classification, Environmental clean-up and low-value recyclables recycling.
During the event, Wang Mingjie, deputy secretary of the Linxiao Road Street Working Committee, presented flags to three low-value recyclables volunteer publicity teams.
Finally, Xie Guodong, deputy secretary of the working committee and director of the office of Linxiao Road Street, said: "Today's starter marks a substantial step forward in promoting the garbage classification work to the fine management, the purpose of garbage classification is to make the most full use of domestic waste, low-value recyclables are a part that cannot be ignored, which requires the active participation and strong support of the masses." At the same time, it is emphasized that the promotion of garbage classification should focus on promoting "social governance of the whole society", and that shortcomings should be made up for and the source reduction should be continuously promoted. Linxiao Road Street will continue to make efforts in promoting resource circulation, advocating diversified participation, optimizing operational services, and encouraging grassroots innovation, and further strengthen the in-depth coordination of offices, enterprises and institutions, neighborhood committees, property and other departments, so as to form a joint force in governance, and make garbage classification a new social fashion, a new habit of civilization, and a new virtue of the family.
In this activity, the on-site recycling service of low-value recyclables, the publicity and display of garbage classification, the knowledge of garbage classification and low-value recyclables, and the promotion of the "one-bag" recycling mode were carried out simultaneously. Among them, the on-site recycling service of bulky garbage and low-value recyclables attracted the enthusiastic participation of residents and was well received by residents.
In the next step, Linxiao Road Street will gradually promote the resource recovery of low-value recyclables such as plastic foam and waste fabrics through the form of pilot driving areas, so that low-value recyclables can be fully utilized, realize the source reduction of domestic waste, and promote the in-depth development of domestic waste classification in the whole district.
