This is a "local food" from Singapore, and its "international" identity has made it enter the country for many years, but it is still not well known by mass consumers, and "Singapore Malatang" is more in line with the positioning given by consumers who love it. In the context of the design appeal of de-Singaporeization, we decided to make this "familiar stranger" more unfamiliar to consumers. What exactly is it? We don't need to go to a narrow definition, we just need to know that its name is "laksa", the new species.
