I am Lao Cai, born in a small county, my father is an ordinary engineer in a county-run enterprise, my mother works in the street, our three sisters and brothers, except for my sister who went to the countryside after graduating from high school, my younger brother and I both took the college entrance examination and were both admitted.
There was a popular saying in our time: learn mathematics, physics and chemistry well, and you are not afraid to go all over the world, every student has a dream of becoming an engineer, and at that time, my dream was to be an engineer who built airplanes and ships.
My academic performance is good, ranking within 10 in the key classes of the grade, especially in mathematics, physics and chemistry, I can enter the top three in the grade according to the results of mathematics, physics and chemistry alone.
I took the college entrance examination in 80 years and was admitted to a provincial industrial college as I wished, majoring in mechanical manufacturing, which was also quite good at that time.
After graduating from university in 84, I was assigned to work in the city bearing factory and became a technical business cadre of a state-owned enterprise.
At that time, college graduates were very scarce, and I was the only college student majoring in mechanical manufacturing in our factory, and after that, two college students were successively divided, as well as several secondary school students.
I am diligent and studious, not afraid of hardship, often work overtime, regardless of any remuneration, work hard, overcome technical difficulties, participate in and independently complete the technical transformation of several projects, won provincial awards, and won great honors for the unit.
In this way, I have been working in a technical management position for 21 years, and I have won the Municipal Technological Transformation and Innovation Award and Advanced Worker many times.
Why do I have been in a technical management position for 21 years?
Because this is a watershed moment, the first 21 years of my work were a technical cadre in a state-owned enterprise and the owner of the enterprise, and the next 18 years I was a part-time worker in a private company.
After I worked for 21 years, the bearing factory where I worked was restructured and turned into a private enterprise, and I still did the original technical work, but the nature changed, and I was no longer the owner of a state-owned enterprise, but a wage earner working for the boss of a private enterprise.
It is because of the restructuring of state-owned enterprises, my deputy senior title review has also been shelved, there is no way to evaluate, in fact, in private enterprises how to say that there is a professional title, you do the work of a senior engineer, there is technology, do not look at the title.
I continued to work in the private company after the restructuring for 18 years, these 18 years, doing the same job, but did not enjoy the due treatment, although the insurance is paid, but are the lowest level of payment, salary income is also unstable, a look at the company's efficiency, two look at the boss's mood, I think, people who have the same experience as me should have the same feelings.
In September 2022, I finally got through to retirement, and I was thinking, how much can I open my pension?
When the pension is approved, as expected, the pension is not high, but it can't be so low.
I am a full-time university graduate, with 39 years of service and a pension of 3,600 yuan.
