2. Recruitment procedures

(1) How to register

1. Registration time: From the date of release of the WeChat official account of "Wuping Release" to 17:30 on May 22, 2024, it will not be accepted after the deadline.

2. Registration method: online registration and on-site registration are adopted, and each applicant can only apply for 1 position.

On-site registration method: Applicants should hold the registration form, the original and copy of the graduation certificate, the valid ID card and the copy, and a recent 2-inch bareheaded color photo on normal working days (registration location: General Management Department, 4th Floor, Building 1, Wuping County Citizen Service Center).

Online registration method: Applicants will send relevant registration materials (registration form, original and copy of graduation certificate, valid ID card and photocopy, and 1 recent 2-inch bareheaded color photo) to the [email protected] in the form of attachments (email title format: personal name + position).

(3) If the interview score is the same, the ranking will be based on the level of academic qualifications; If the academic qualifications are consistent, they will be ranked according to the professional and technical titles; If the professional and technical titles are consistent, the ranking will be determined by the length of work experience corresponding to the recruitment position; If the above conditions are the same and the ranking cannot be distinguished, an additional test will be conducted, which will be organized and implemented by our company.

(4) The specific time and place of the interview will be notified separately.

(5) If any applicant does not participate in the interview according to the requirements specified in the interview, it will be deemed to have voluntarily given up the recruitment qualification; If the applicant violates the rules of the examination room during the interview, and the circumstances are serious, the applicant will be disqualified.

2.05 The post takes the form of on-site practical operation, and the practical operation mainly examines the operation ability. The full score is 100 points, and more than 70 points (including 70 points) are qualified before entering the next recruitment process.

3.06-07 The position is carried out in the form of written test and interview. Among them, the written test score accounts for 50% and the interview score accounts for 50%. The full score of the candidate's comprehensive score is 100 points.

(1) Written test and interview will be conducted.

The subject of the 06 post written test is "Financial Professional Knowledge", and the 07 post written test subject is "Shen Lun", with a full score of 100 points. Candidates applying for the position of the written test score from high to low score, the ratio of 1:3 of the number of candidates to determine the interview object.

(4) If the comprehensive score is the same, the ranking will be based on the level of academic qualifications; If the academic qualifications are consistent, they will be ranked according to the professional and technical titles; If the professional and technical titles are consistent, the ranking will be determined by the length of work experience corresponding to the recruitment position; If the above conditions are all the same, and the ranking cannot be distinguished, an additional test will be conducted.

(5) The specific time and place of the examination will be notified separately.

(6) If any applicant does not take the examination according to the requirements stipulated in the examination, it will be deemed to have voluntarily given up the qualification for recruitment; If the applicant violates the rules of the examination room during the examination, and the circumstances are serious, the applicant will be disqualified.

(5) Organize inspections

1. The inspection shall be carried out by Wuping Tiansheng Mining Investment Group Co., Ltd. in accordance with the relevant regulations and recruitment conditions, and confirm whether the information and materials submitted by the inspection object at the time of registration are true and accurate, and whether they meet the specified recruitment conditions.

2. During the inspection period, candidates need to provide a certificate of no criminal record and a personal credit report.

3. If there is a person who fails to pass the examination or voluntarily gives up, the position will be replaced in order from high to low in the corresponding score within the interview qualification line.

(6) Physical examination

1. Determine the physical examination object: according to the order of the interview results of the qualified objects organized by each position from high to low scores, the physical examination objects are determined according to the ratio of 1:1 of the number of recruits for the position.

2. Physical examination methods: refer to the current physical examination standards for civil servants in Fujian Province, and the physical examination fees shall be borne by themselves; Those who are absent from the physical examination will be disqualified; Applicants who falsify or conceal the true situation in the physical examination will not be hired or cancelled; If the physical examination fails or the physical examination subject gives up the physical examination qualification, resulting in the vacancy of the applied position, the physical examination object shall be replaced in order according to the comprehensive score.

(7) Determine the candidates to be hired

1. According to the results of the examination, inspection and physical examination, determine the list of personnel to be hired, and publicize it on the WeChat public account of "Wuping Mining Investment Group" for 5 working days.

2. At the end of the publicity period, if the results of the publicity do not affect the employment, it is determined to be the hired personnel.

3. Employment management

(1) The nature of employment of the hired personnel is labor dispatch, the term of the employment contract is 2 years, the probation period is 2 months, and those who pass the assessment will continue to be hired after the expiration of the probationary period, and those who fail to pass the assessment will be cancelled from employment; After 2 years of labor dispatch employment, those who have passed the assessment and above will sign a two-year employment contract with the enterprise, and those who pass the assessment and below will be dismissed.

(2) If the hired personnel have signed a labor or employment contract with the relevant unit and the contract period is within the contract period, the original contract shall be terminated by himself before going through the employment formalities, and if there is any concealment, he shall bear the consequences.

(3) The recruitment of personnel by Wuping Tiansheng Mining Investment Group Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries according to the needs of the work to arrange the position, work place, the hired personnel should obey the arrangement and deployment.

(4) Employees shall enjoy equal pay for equal work, and the standard of treatment shall be implemented in accordance with the salary system formulated by the actual employer.

4. Other matters

(1) If there is any fraud, violation of rules and disciplines in the process of registration, examination, physical examination, inspection, etc., once verified, the employment qualification will be cancelled, and the employment contract will be terminated if the employment contract has been signed, and the corresponding position shall be replaced according to the above measures, and the replacement time shall be valid within one year.

(2) The contact number left by the applicant at the time of registration must be kept open during the recruitment period, and the consequences of not being able to contact the applicant shall be borne by the applicant.
