In the Guangrao County Traffic and Transportation Law Enforcement Dispatch and Command Center, law enforcement officers are investigating and confirming suspected overrun vehicles through the smart traffic law enforcement platform, and promptly contacting the nearest traffic and transportation supervision and law enforcement squadron to intercept and dispose of them.
"When the transport vehicle passes through the off-site law enforcement monitoring point, the high-speed weighing system, vehicle detector and bayonet capture unit on the road surface identify the vehicle's license plate data, vehicle length, width and height data and other information, and calculate and compare a number of data through the big data identification system to determine whether the total mass and axle load of the vehicle are within the legal range." Wan Dongyue, deputy director of the Office of the Guangrao County Traffic and Transportation Supervision Brigade, said.
Freight vehicles are densely trafficked, how to strictly control overloaded vehicles, and protect the safety and smooth flow of highways is a problem that Guangrao County has been exploring and solving. To this end, Guangrao County uses artificial intelligence Internet of Things technology to implement a non-stop overrun detection system at the critical junction of national and provincial highways and important bridge sections, so as to realize the all-weather monitoring of freight vehicle transportation in key road sections and improve the efficiency of traffic law enforcement.
"At present, the county has a total of 9 off-site law enforcement, 1 temporary dispatch center for off-site law enforcement, if the vehicle is overloaded, the temporary dispatch center system will immediately send out alarm information, staff according to the monitoring data to lock the location of the vehicle, and timely contact the nearest traffic supervision and law enforcement squadron, joint traffic police department to intercept and dispose of." In addition to the use of technical means, the Guangrao County Transportation Bureau has also set up seven law enforcement squadrons, taking the form of "fixed + mobile" to increase the inspection of manual law enforcement on the uncovered road sections of non-stop overrun detection, and through the combination of "technical defense" + "civil air defense", the formation of a high-pressure situation to crack down on overrun and overload violations.
"We also take G516 National Highway, S227 Provincial Highway, Li Que Town Industrial Park and other key sections and key areas of national and provincial highways as the main battlefield, from 22 o'clock at night to 5 o'clock the next day, and the public security traffic police department jointly carried out a special rectification action for serious violations of large trucks; Focusing on national and provincial highways, county and township roads, and key road sections and key areas around chemical enterprises, we have continued to carry out illegal parking and persuasion actions for hazardous chemical transport vehicles, normalized crackdown on illegal activities in the transportation market, and made every effort to maintain the health and orderliness of the road transport market and ensure the safe travel of the people.
