A few days ago, Yijing Street, Jinyuan District, Taiyuan City, fully implemented the requirements of the special rectification action for production safety, and took multiple measures at the same time, focusing on strengthening publicity, fire safety rectification of electric bicycles, and removing obstacles to strengthen the investigation and rectification of safety production risks and hidden dangers, and effectively maintain the safety of the lives and property of residents in the jurisdiction.
The first is to strengthen publicity and enhance safety awareness. By hanging banners, carrying out knowledge training, distributing reading materials for the popularization of laws and regulations and safety knowledge prevention manuals, etc., the safety knowledge is publicized to the people in the jurisdiction, and the safety awareness and responsibility awareness of the person in charge of the production and business operation unit in the jurisdiction are further enhanced.
The second is to focus on rectification and standardize safety management. In view of the recent high incidence and frequent occurrence of electric bicycle fires, Yijing Street has carried out fire safety rectification actions for electric bicycles in an all-round and whole chain. Give full play to the advantages of familiar people and familiar situations of grid members, find out the base number of electric bicycles in the jurisdiction, and cooperate with the district departments to focus on checking whether there are illegal parking corridors, "entering the building" and "flying wire charging" and other phenomena, and actively guide electric vehicle owners to park and charge vehicles in accordance with regulations. At the same time, urge the property management unit to introduce the intelligent management system of electric bicycles, plan and build intelligent charging piles for electric bicycles, complete enough fire extinguishers, fire hydrants and other fire-fighting facilities around, do a good job in the maintenance and management of electric bicycle fire-fighting facilities, and correct illegal parking and charging behaviors in a timely manner. Up to now, a total of 97 enterprises have been inspected, and 215 hidden dangers of electric vehicles have been found and urged to be rectified.
The third is to dismantle obstacles and eliminate potential safety hazards. In order to deeply learn the lessons of recent fire accidents and improve the ability of organizing escape and fire fighting and rescue in densely populated places, the Yijing Street Safety Guarantee Working Group and the Fire Station Emergency Squadron Joint Police Station conducted a dragnet investigation of nine small places in the jurisdiction, and removed the obstacles blocking the fire rescue passage in the jurisdiction. During the action, the staff "one persuasion, two clearance, three demolition", explained to the person in charge of each place the danger of obstacles such as anti-theft windows, anti-theft nets and metal fences that obstruct escape routes, popularized fire laws and regulations, and took "finding a rectification of one" as the goal, doing a good job in informing and rectifying potential safety hazards, and eliminating all kinds of potential safety hazards in a timely manner.
